You confirm your booking with a deposit paid online. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver on the day of service in cash, card, or bank transfer.
No. The deposit secures your reservation and is non-refundable. However, you can change the date or time at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak season.
Some destinations do, others do not. This is clearly indicated in the pricing table. Tolls not included are paid directly to the driver during the trip.
