By accessing and booking transportation services with Salam Transfers, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.
A secure online deposit is required to confirm all reservations. This deposit reserves the assigned vehicle and driver block. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination. Prices are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) but may be settled in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) based on bank-authorized exchange rates at the date of transit.
To maintain our premium service standard and Muslim-friendly environment, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes/vapes), and aggressive or disrespectful behavior in the vehicles is strictly prohibited. The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who violates these conditions, without eligibility for a refund.
We actively monitor commercial airline flights. There are no surcharges for delayed flights. The driver will wait for you based on your flight's actual landing time. However, if a flight is canceled or you are rebooked on a different flight number, you must notify Salam Transfers as soon as possible to ensure driver reassignment.
Salam Transfers is not liable for delayed arrivals due to highway blockages, civil disputes, extreme weather conditions, or customs delays. We recommend passengers plan their departures with sufficient time for international airport check-ins (minimum 3 hours prior to departure).
